Bay Area Air Conditioning Installation
Replacing your air conditioner can boost comfort, cut your energy bills and make your home Eco-Friendlier. Most older models use more energy than is necessary to keep your home cool, causing high electric bills without increasing comfort. They also often utilize ozone-depleting refrigerant that the EPA is now phasing out.
We design and install a variety of high-efficiency cooling systems, with competitive warranties. As Carrier® and Bryant-authorized dealers located right here in Bay Area, we have access to some of the best cooling equipment in the industry. We also quote firm prices so there are no surprises.
Air conditioners circulate and filter air, removing pollutants and mold from the air. This is especially important for people who suffer from allergies and asthma because it minimizes the irritants that trigger an attack. This only hold true, however, if your system is kept clean and filters are regularly changed. Otherwise, the AC can actually contribute to indoor air pollution.

Zone Control System Install
It does not make sense to cool or heat an area that is not being used. There are two real options to successfully zone your home.
The first option is to invest in a second HVAC unit and have one cool or heat the most active space and the second be on ‘standby’ for the lesser used space.
The second option is to use a high efficiency system which can provide cooling modulation to adapt its power output based on which zones need to be cooled. Because the high efficiency systems are able to throttle up or down, they are able to maintain humidity control and air flow and thus, overall air quality and comfort won’t be negatively affected.
